If you have an account with us, orders are invoiced before the delivery date — no payment is required at checkout for existing corporate clients.
For complex requests or last-minute enquiries, please email our team and we’ll do our best to help.

All corporate catering orders must be placed at least 5 working days in advance. This allows our kitchen to plan production and ensure everything is prepared fresh for your delivery.
Yes — our minimum order is £100.
This helps us cover production, packing and delivery for corporate orders.
Yes — we offer delivery across Bristol and surrounding areas.
A £10 delivery fee is added to all orders.
If you are an existing FED corporate client, we will invoice you after delivery.
If you are a new client, payment is taken securely at checkout when you place your order.
Yes — once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an edit link in your confirmation email.
You can use this to update quantities or details up until the 5-working-day cutoff.
If you need help, just reply to your confirmation email and our team will assist.
All menu items are clearly labelled with their allergens.
You can select items that suit your guests’ needs when placing your order.
If you have any additional dietary or access requirements, please add them in the “Anything else we should know?” box when ordering.

Yes — every order is reviewed by our team before it is scheduled.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once everything is checked, and we’ll contact you if anything needs clarifying.
Yes — your confirmation email will include a PDF summary showing all selected items, quantities and pricing, including VAT.
